Monthly one-on-one coaching for people who are good at their work and tired of doing the hard parts by themselves.

Two sessions a month, 90 minutes each. Zoom, or in person in Fort Collins. Every session gets written notes within 24 hours, so the thinking doesn’t evaporate the second the call ends.

Two sessions a month is $997. Three is $1,197. Four is $1,597. You pick on the discovery call and change it when your year changes shape.

Who this is for

You’ve been at this five years or more. Revenue is real. You’re not in trouble. And that’s the confusing part, because you’re not moving either.

Maybe you’re wearing every hat and can’t tell which one to put down first. Maybe sales have been flat long enough that flat started to feel like a plan. Maybe you’ve already solved every obvious problem and what’s left is the one you keep rescheduling.

Or maybe it’s just been a long time since you had an actual peer to think out loud with.

How a session actually works

I ask more questions than I answer. That isn’t a style choice, it’s the method.

Most people who call themselves coaches are consultants in disguise: they hand you the system that worked for them and hope it fits. I start somewhere else: with what’s already working, what you’re already good at, and what “done” looks like to you. Then we work backwards.

You’re the expert on your business. I’m the one who asks the question you’ve been avoiding and then shuts up long enough for you to answer it.

You’ll leave knowing what’s next. Usually because you said it out loud.

What happens between sessions

• Notes within 24 hours: what we covered, what you decided, what you’re doing next
• Accountability on the regular. Not “check in whenever.”
• Seventeen years of receipts and contacts. I don’t work in a vacuum and neither should you.

What this isn’t

• Not consulting. I’m not going to audit your business and hand you a deck. What we do instead is co-create your strategy and path forward together. When you get stuck, I’ll be there to help pick you up.
• Not therapy. I’m trained to know where that line is, and I’ll tell you when we’ve reached it.
• Not a framework you have to adopt. We build one that fits how you already work.

Questions

Which tier should I start with? That’s what the discovery call is for. Tell me where you’re trying to get and I’ll tell you what it takes, including if the answer is “take a course instead.”

Is this consulting? No. A consultant sells you their answer. I’m betting you already have yours.

Can I change session count later? Yes, up or down, no penalty.

What if it isn’t working? Say so and we fix it, or you cancel. Any time, no conversation required.
