Coaching
No guru necessary.
I'm Nick, a Certified Systems Business Coach, one of two in Colorado. I've spent 17 years building cool communities, organizations, and teams from scratch including three flagship Fort Collins events that have incredible teams of geeks, nerds, and neerdowells doing their best to bring the community together and generating over $1M in annual ecnomic impact.
On top of that, I've built systems and marketing for businesses and organizations throughout Colorado from small publishers to big breweries to huge library districts.
Where do you want to go? I'm very good at asking you the right questions to get there.

The coach approach
A lot of consultants hand you a strategy and vanish. A lot of coaches sell you the framework that worked for them and hope it fits you.
I coach the way I build strategy: we CO-CREATE the thing together, starting from your dream "done" state and working backwards from there, so it fits your business, your budget, and your capacity, instead of some template built for somebody else's problems.
An average session looks like:
I coach the way I build strategy: we CO-CREATE the thing together, starting from your dream "done" state and working backwards from there, so it fits your business, your budget, and your capacity, instead of some template built for somebody else's problems.
An average session looks like:
• Honest questions, especially the ones you've been avoiding.
• Accountability on the regular. Not "check in whenever."
• Seventeen years of receipts and contacts to help you. I don't work in a vacuum and neither should you.
If that sounds less like "coaching" and more like someone who gives a shit whether you are doing your best work, that's the point.

FAQ
What certifications do you hold?
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Colorado State University and I'm a Certified Systems Business Coach through Systems Business Coach, which is an International Coaching Federation-accredited program. Can I switch tiers later?
Yeah. Most people start with a course and then coached support. Move up (or down) when it makes sense, there's no penalty either way.
What if I don't know which tier fits?
That's what the discovery call is for. Tell me where you want to go and I'll help you align into a coaching tier that will fit your needs and wants, including if the answer is "none of them, take a course instead."
Do I have to buy a course before I can get Coached Support?
Nope — but I recommend it. Coached Support is built around applying something you already learned, so most people take a course first. If you are already working from your own material, come on in.
Is the Group Cohort a fixed group, or can people join anytime?
Anytime. Seats are capped at five, and your six-month season starts the day you join.
